Delivery Service

We offer a reliable and affordable delivery service to every region in Australia with the convenience of delivery to your door. Our delivery charges are known upfront without any hidden costs. The full delivery charge is shown when you place your order.

Our delivery service is only within Australia. A street address is required for the delivery as a PO Box is not acceptable as your delivery address.

We do not delivery to international addresses.

All customer orders are despatched from Geelong Victoria and delivered by Australia Post.


Delivery Charges

Higheight provides a FLAT RATE delivery fee per consignment

  • Standard Parcels (small, medium) AUD $9.95 (incl. GST)
  • Big & Bulky Parcels (large, extra large) AUD $49.95 (incl. GST)

Free Local Pick Up available

  • This option to Pick Up your order must be made upon checking out
  • Pick up your order at our store at 8 High Street, Inverleigh
  • Allow up to 2 business days for notification of when your order is ready for collection.


Delivery Times

Every effort will be made to ensure prompt delivery of your purchase. Australia Post will deliver to your nominated address between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Customer orders will be despatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery lead time will vary depending on your location however the below delivery standards of service can be used as a guide.

Delivery Tracking

When we receive your order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. When your order has been packed, we will send you another email confirming your order has been completed.


Delivery Acceptance

If there is not an authorised person at the delivery address to accept the parcel then the delivery driver will leave a card. The parcel will be returned to the nearest Australia Post outlet awaiting your collection.

Once delivered, any risk for damaged or lost parcels is passed to the receiver.

If your order has not yet been delivered, is lost or arrived damaged, please contact us

Please refer to our returns policy or contact us if you would like to return a purchase or arrange a replacement.


Delivery Returns

Returns are accepted for purchase of products deemed to have a manufacturing fault or damaged on delivery. Notification must be received by Higheight within 48 hours of your parcel being delivered for a full refund or replacement of purchase. If the replacement product is not in stock then another product of equal value can be substituted.

Delivery and handling charges on returns purchases are not refundable for change of mind.

All products can be returned in person to the store or mailed to Higheight Online, 8 High St Inverleigh 3321 in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt your delivery.
